These days, too many players get injured thus limiting their opportunity to continue playing baseball. Many times the desire to win has superseded what is best for an athlete's development and future potential. This combined with general misinformation about what is good, better, or best for the development of players has seriously impaired or injured players beyond rehabilitation.

We've brought together the best advisory team to help us learn more about how and when to pitch. Through scientific research we are continually updating the basics of throwing, hitting, pitching, and passing on that knowledge to players and coaches so that we can bring out the best in each and every player.

At the NPA Northwest, we use leading-edge science that is tested and utilized to allow pitchers to become the best they can be. Here with the National Pitching Association, we work with professionals, collegiate and high school-level athletes as well as younger players. Without changing what makes you unique, we have solutions to what prevents you from becoming your best. We also believe in empowering you as an athlete to take control of your progress as a player.

Summer training classes now available in Washington and  Alaska.  Please contact Mike Fetko for class schedules or for group training at your site.  Many times if you cannot travel we can come to you or via online training.

  • Details on what good mechanics actually look like and how to achieve them

  • Velocity training and how best to make a jump in velocity without risking elbow or shoulder injury

  • Strength and conditioning workouts that are baseball specific and learn what lifts to avoid

  • Information on the proper diet guidelines so you can optimize your body’s recovery

  • Learn how to keep a positive mindset – this is a skill that can be learned!

  • Take-home workout protocols that will help you further develop in the months and years ahead
